Check-in is at the golf course pro shop - ask for Carlina, who is the campground manager. Date of visit: Apr 2008 |

We called the day of our arrival to see if there were vacancies, and Carlina told us no problem. When we arrived, we were assigned site 30. Not the most picturesque site, being backed up to a Postgraduate School engineering facility. The RV park had been scheduled to close for renovations in early April, but that has been delayed until December. |

This gives you an idea of how crowded together the sites are. Shown are sites 35, 34, 33, 30 (us), and 27. |
There is a triple pull-through slot in the center, sites 23, 28 and 31. The Camp Host was very friendly and helpful; he knew exactly where to send us for propane. |
A large water tank occupies some space, with site 20 just beyond it. |
Sites 11, 10 and 9 (r-l). There is a small NEX and gas station at the Postgraduate School, a short distance away. A larger PX and Commissary are about 5 miles up Hwy 1 at the former Fort Ord. |
Sites 4 - 8. Sites 1-8 do not have sewer hookups. |
The bathhouse and laundry facility. Nice and clean with hot showers. A nice touch were catalytic heaters hanging above the shower area. |
The golf course is currently undergoing a major renovation. |
At the time of our visit, the driving range was open, but in a week or two, it and the 19th Hole will be closing for renovations. |
