     beach point01

Beach Point COE Park is located at the west end of the Sardis Lake Dam. It offers a picnic area, boat ramp and a small primitive tent-only campground. We did not stay here, but walked through while we camped at the nearby Oak Grove COE campground.

    Date of visit: March 2014

Site 3 is one of the sites not quite so close to the water as most. It is directly across the road from the toilets.

    beach point04
Sites 1 and 2 are out on a small point of land overlooking the lake. These are great campsites...as long as there is no cold north wind.

    beach point05
Site 5 is another waterfront site.

    beach point06
In the foreground are sites 4 and 6, with 7 and and 8 further back toward the water.

    beach point07
The boat ramp is fairly steep; beyond it are sites 9-12.

Lucky 13 - this site looks down over a sandy beach. I didn't see an easy way down to it nor do I know if swimming is allowed.

    beach point02
There is a small bathroom facility with flush toilets, but no showers.
