    Roubidoux Springs Campground is located on the banks of the Roubidoux River in Waynesville, MO, right along Route 66. The proximity to the river, however, led to its temporary closure due to flood damage during the first week of August, 2013. Update: The campground did re-open in 2014.

    Sites are aligned in rows in a grassy field with a dirt road through the campground. Full hookups are available at most sites.

    We didn't stay here since it was closed.

    The major casualty of the flooding was the destruction of the bathhouse, which was heated in cold weather and offered hot showers.
