We arrived on a Saturday and had no problem getting a site. After investigating both the North Area and the Logan Park Area, we decided we liked the smaller campground at Logan Park. There were a few more trees here for at least a little shade. Site 5 became our home for two nights.

    Date of visit: Sept 2013

The bathhouse was pretty typical, but clean and providing free hot showers. Our only complaint was the lack of benches near the showers.

Eagle Point is a 5-site primitive tenting area at Logan Park.

Beaver Point is another 5-site primitive tenting area. Unlike Eagle Point, it does have a vault toilet.

Another small area with about 10 sites for either tenting or RV's is the Oldham Circle loop.

There are several miles of trails that wander along the lake shore, skirting around small canyons.

The North Area is the main area of the park, a mile or two from Logan Park. The park headquarters is located here, as well as several camping loops.

The largest is the Yucca Loop, with 47 sites with water and electric.

These sites are in the front row.

And these are in the back row. Unfortunately I failed to get a picture of the middle row, which features small trees along the row.
