With our arrival on a Sunday afternoon, we had no problem finding a site, although we were lucky to find one waterfront site vacant and available, site 5.

    Date of visit: May 2008

    lepage05
All the sites (1-8) along the river bank are pull-throughs. This shows sites 4, 3 and 2.

    lepage06
    Sites 6, 7 and 8.

    lepage10
The sites "inland" from the river all all back-ins (right).

    lepage11
    Sites 19, 18 and 17 (the class A).

There is only a vault toilet in the campground. There is a bathhouse with free hot showers located in the day-use area, a short walk from the campground.

    lepage08
Right next to the campground is a nice little beach and swimming area.

    lepage15
Also in the day-use area is dual boat launch and a large dock.

Being a railfan, I enjoyed the proximity of the Union Pacific RR's line along the Columbia. Took this shot right from our site.
