Very pleasant staff here. We were led to our site. Here we are on site 14, beside a small creek. A couple of years ago we sat out a major rainstorm herefor a couple of days and that little creek was up to the table!

Date of Most Recent Visit: Apr 2010

This has become an annual stop-over point for us each spring on our way back north. Last year we were on the same site. We were here ten days earlier last year, which makes quite a difference green-wise.

Gravel and grass sites have some large trees around them for some cooling shade in hot weather. Most of the RV sites are pull-throughs. Shown here: sites 34 and 35.

    fallwa4
Big rigs are quite comfortable here. Sites are level, and offer E(30/50A)/W/Cable hookups. Some also have sewer, such as sites 29 -26 - 24, shown here.

    fallwa5
There are also some grassy sites suitable for tents or pop-ups situated alongside the creek. Shown here - sites 19 and 20.

    fallwa6
The pop-up is one site 18, with 7-8-9 to the right of the creek.

    fallwa7
    Site 6 on the left.

    fallwa14
A good over-view of the campground, with sites 1 and 2 on the left.

    fallwa9
Site 4 is to the left, while our LD is on 14.

    fallwa13
There is an over-flow area nearby with 7 sites with hookups. The main campground is beyond the storage facility in the background.

    fallwa15
When we arrived at 2 PM, these sites were all vacant. By 7 PM, they were full. These are front-to-back double sites, which can make access interesting.

    fallwa10
The campground has a nice little bathhouse; clean and with hot showers.

In its 2007 ads, Falling Waters claimed to be internet-friendly. This is what they mean - an outside pay-phone. Let's hope it's not raining when you want to dial in.

But....there were several open wi-fi access points from outside the CG. (No sign of them in 2009.)

Update: We discovered on our most recent visit that the campground now has free wi-fi. But...it appears that it is not available in the overflow area. We had no problem from site 15.

Alongside the campground, under the same ownership, is a small RV supplies store.
