Stateline Cove Campground

Stateline Cove CG is operated by the Flaming Gorge Corp under contract to the US Forest Service and is located right on the state line near the Lucerne Campground and Marina. It's merely a large open area where you can camp wherever you like. We counted about 30 firepits scattered here and there. Flaming Gorge NRA is pretty much in Utah, but Stateline Cove is just a hair over the state line in Wyoming.

When we arrived, there was one other camper here and we were able to be quite a distance away. Two others arrived later in the afternoon, but we were all spread out enough that we felt all alone. We came here after deciding that the construction noise at nearby Lucerne Campground was not very pleasant.
