Ebenezer County Park is located at the south end of Lake Wylie a few miles north of Rock Hill, SC. Along with a campground, the park features boating and fishing facilities and a day-use picnic area and swimming beach.

At the entrance to the park is the Ranger Station where campers check-in and register. First impressions were very favorable - the staff was friendly and professional and the park had a well-maintained look to it.

We arrived on a Monday afternoon and found lots of sites from which to choose. Site 27 with its great view of the lake was our choice.

    Date of visit: Nov 2015

There are two campground areas - one is more open, which is where we were, and there is also a quite wooded loop, which I imagine is rather popular in the summer. These are sites 23-30. That's us, the first rig on the left.

    Here are sites 16-22.

    Sites 9-15.

Sites 7,5,3,1 back up against the woods and get some shade.

Across the park road from the sunny loop is the wooded area. These are sites 67-63.

The bathhouse is located at the entrance to the wooded camp loop. It is quite modern, was clean and offered free hot showers.

Down at the south end of the wooded loop are sites 60 and 59.

    ebenezer 10
Site 58 is one of 2 pull-through sites.

    ebenezer 11
For large families or friends camping together, there is one double site, 50 and 52.

    ebenezer 12
Sites 48-43 are along the back portion of the wooded loop and are up against the park boundary fence.

    ebenezer 13
    Sites 36-32.

    ebenezer 14
Site 31 is the other pull-through site. It is located at the north end of the wooded loop and has a view of the lake.

The day-use area features several picnic pavilions and a play area for the kids.

A triple-lane boat ramp facilitates getting your boat into the water for a day of fishing or water-skiing.

You can fish from the shore, as this father and son duo are doing.
